through our WhatsApp API integration.

• Sending authorized WhatsApp messages via the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

• Identifying your account and maintaining service records.

• Providing customer support related to your society account.

We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for marketing without your consent.

We do not collect credit/debit card details or store payment information on our servers.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use collected information only for society-related operations, including:

B. Society Software Operations

• Generating maintenance bills• Sending receipts and payment updates
